1. TX m444 Axis Soldering Robot:

1. The Tsutsumi m-cross four-axis soldering robot is utilized for point-and-slide soldering.
2. It has high rigidity 4-axis tool having a range of operation 400x400x100 in the X, Y, and Z-axis.
3. The highly precise screwball and servo control motor uses for repetition accuracy and payload capabilities.
4. The robot has four-axis PTP control and also three-axis PTP and CP functions.

1. It has a 360-degree range of operation with 200x200x100mm on the X, Y, and Z- axis. You can use it for point-and-slide soldering.
2. It has a stepper motor for accurate repetitions and four-axis PTP and CP control three-axis PTP and CP functions.
3. The IMPAC III controller is operated to check and adjust the feeding amount, the temperature of the soldering wire, and the feed rate.
4. It can store up to 6000 program steps and 3000 positions of points. The teaching pendant TTP-822 is also available as an additional accessory.

 3. MINIMAX II TX-821 Soldering Robot

1. The multipurpose MINIMAX TX-821 Soldering robot is also useful for point and slide-soldering.
2. Each axis enables high-precision operation and low-speed movement (0.1mm/s). The range of operation along the X, Y, and Z-axis is 300x200x100mm.
3. The high precision operation leads to the stability of slide soldering and tact time shortening.
4. Its tool part mechanism can perform a straight line and circle interpolation that can respond to various slide and point soldering.

 4. TF-621 Soldering Robot

1. The Tsutsumi TF-621 Soldering Robot is actually a feeder unit.
2. The feeder ensures precise feeding of solder wire (0.1mm) and can be used to solder wires with diameters 0.5 mm to 16 mm.
3. The Tsutsumi TF-621 feeder is attached to the soldering robot.
4. The feeder is used to detect clogging and end of solder wire. The optionally present feeder roller prevents the flux from scattering.
