The Tsutsumi Minimax II TX-851 is a soldering robot used for point and slide soldering. The X, Y, and Z axis have 300X300X100 mm range of operation. It has an AC servo motor which is virtually maintenance free. It has a four axis tooling system. Every axis has a ball screw for precise operation. A low speed movement of 0.1mm/sec can be set.
Features
- Standard specification of operating range 300×300×100 (X,Y,Z axis), applicable for various work pieces. Further, is also available as a base for the customized operating range to meet customers specifications.
- Adoption of ball screw on each axis realized not only high speed and high precision operation but also correspond to slow move of 0.1mm/sec for stable soldering and shorter tact time.
- Installation of high powered heater (200W) ensures soldering products of high thermo capacity.
- Effective for lead free soldering, various preheating controllers can be built in as many as 3 units.
- Since the tool mechanism and controller part is detachable, it is easy to make Inline system.
- Since the tool part can perform linear and circular interpolation, it can respond to various soldering as slide and point.
- Various functional controller, is incorporated.
- Robot program capacity, 99 and position capacity, 26666 position is available, so it can be used for various work-piece
