Tsutsumi Feeding Unit TF 621 For Soldering Robot
The Tsutsumi TF-621 is a feeder unit. It is attached to the soldering robot. Solder wires with diameters from 0.5mm to 1.6mm can be used. The feeder ensures precise feeding of solder wire up to 0.1mm. The feeder is also used to detect clogging of solder. It also detects the end of solder wire. It has a pulse motor drive. Optionally cut-in feeder rollers can be attached. The rollers prevent the flux from scattering.
This attaches the function of solder clogging and end detection , and is the feeder unit in which provides highly precise solder supply.
- The diameters of solder wire from Ø0.5 to Ø1.6 can be used as standard.
- It is possible to supply solder wire in highly precise as every 0.1mm.
