The Tsutsumi TI-652 is a soldering iron. It has a rotary cylinder which controls and ensures smooth vertical motion of the tip. This control reduces the scattering of solder ball during operation. It also reduces the up-down motion of the tip, thus reducing the tact time. The iron has a stroke length of 8mm.
The Tsutsumi TI-632 is a soldering iron. It has a direct dynamic cylinder .The iron has a stroke length of 15mm.
Soldering tips TKN or TKH can be used. Optional accessories improve the performance of the iron. It uses a ceramic heater TH-6-70-100. It uses the thermocouple unit TCA-16. The heater and thermocouple unit must be purchased separately along with the soldering iron. Another optional accessory is the holding arm for the iron. For point soldering, holding arm TR-621 can be used. Optionally, Ruby Nozzle TNZ-3 can be used to precisely supply solder wire to the soldering tips.
