The Texwipe Cleaning Validation Kits are used to collect samples in the cleaning validation process. The kit is best suited to collect samples for TOC analysis. The kit is packaged in polypropylene boxes which is cleanroom-safe. The kit contains vials and swabs. The kit is available in pack of 12 or 72 vials. The vials are prewashed. To avoid contamination, the vials are designed to have one-piece cap and septa. The swab is made of polyester with double knitting. The swabs generate very low fiber and particle residues. They have good chemical resistance. The kit also has cleanroom-safe labels for identification.
The TOC Cleaning Validation Kits have been designed to simplify sampling for cleaning validation. Packaged in cleanroom-compatible polypropylene boxes, these unique kits contain the components necessary to sample 12 or 72 different areas in the production area, and provide for efficient transport of the samples from production to laboratory with minimal chance of contamination.
The TOC Sampling Kit for Cleaning Validation can be used with Sievers Model 800/900, Anatel ANATOC™, Teledyne Tekmar, OI Analytical Model 1010 and Shimadzu TOC-V Series TOC Analyzers.
