Hakko N2 System FX-791 Soldering Station
Hakko N2 System FX-791 Soldering Station
Hakko N2 System Fx 791 is a Nitrogen generator that works along with Hakko FM 2026 to act a soldering station. Fx 791 uses membrane technology to convert clean and dry compressed air in to Nitrogen and has a control knob for controlling the flow of Nitrogen. The Nitrogen is preheated for soldering. The N2 system is ideal for lead free hand soldering applications, and saves a lot of bench space. Soldering can be done on multilayer or high density PWB that are sensitive to heat without raising the tip temperature. This station generates less bridge even for components susceptible to bridging.

Features
- N2 gas preheating effect improves the solderability greatly!
- The preheating effect is achieved by passing Nitrogen gas along the heating element in the hand piece.
- Soldering can be done on multilayer PWB and high density PWB sensitive to heat without raising the temperature of the tip excessively, even when the melting point of lead-free solder is high.
- Improvement of wettability and spreadability.
- Preventing oxidation.
- Space saving
- Comparison of wettability and sreadability
- Less bridge is generated even for components sus.
- Ceptible to bridging
Usage/Applications
Combination Example
- It is capable to supply high concentration nitrogen of 99.9% at the output rate approx. 1L/min.
(at air supply pressure of 0.7MPa)
