Storage of MSD (moisture sensitive devices) in control humidity is important to improve the life of the product.
Manufacturers are taking measures to control humidity so that production efficiency increases and cost is minimised for which humidity is found to be the key reason for product rejection. If the SMT components absorbs moisture, micro cracks develop during the SMT process which leads to rejection.
